That’s a nice thought, to “make things easy,” but what does it really mean? It means we do our homework, and then send you solid ideas that fit the first time out. We toss out anything that doesn’t propel your brand and make you look better.
We use the very best materials we can find for the budget. We finish on time and on budget. We try to make you laugh, if you’re into that sort of thing. And we are “never-take-ourselves-too-seriously” people. The work, and your satisfaction with the process of creating that work, are always our points of focus.

Susan Nicoletti
Director of R+D
Susan created her own title, and in her words, “pretty much everything is either R or D.” Smart, savvy, and proudly Sicilian. Superior project, vendor, and event manager. Experience is too deep to list here, but consultant and business development specialist for the world’s largest hotel corporations is one of many highlights. Deep hospitality experience, impeccable production skills, and two eyes for details (others have just the one).
